South-West Asia Vegetarian Congress

The International Vegetarian Union (IVU) together with the Indian Vegan Society is hosting the first South-West Asia Vegan/Vegetarian Congress in Bangalore, India from October 30 till November 2, 2010!

Why is veganism good for the body and mind?
How does veganism contribute to protecting the environment?
How can we promote the values of veganism?

These are just some of the questions that will be discussed during the Congress. Apart from the discussions, there will be traditional music, excursions, and opportunity to interact with individuals from 20 different countries. Participants can also enjoy the vast array of vegan-organic dishes that would be served during the Congress!! The venue of the Congress is E-Inn, a luxury star vegetarian/vegan hotel in Bangalore.
